1 Requisitos M\u00ednimos de Arriendo, en Torrespaine Rent a Car.<\/h2>\n

  • Rentals with a minimum of 4 days for free mileage.<\/li>\n
  • Arriendos menores a 4 d\u00edas, kilometraje limitado a 200 por d\u00eda, sin posibilidad de reserva on line.<\/li>\n
  • Cost of excess kilometers $300 Chilean pesos plus tax.<\/li>\n
  • Para garantizar el  servicio este Rent a Car, previo a la entrega del veh\u00edculo y junto con la firma del contrato de arrendamiento, se solicitar\u00e1 garantizar el arriendo con una tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito el monto de la garant\u00eda ser\u00e1 de $800.000 pesos chilenos, monto que se devolver\u00e1 una vez terminado el servicio y no habiendo pagos pendientes por parte del arrendatario.<\/li>\n
  • Lessee must necessarily have a credit card with a minimum balance of the guarantee amount plus the total value of the service.<\/li>\n

                  • Insurance coverage on tires with irreparable damage, except for contracting the optional service offered by Soc. Com. Torrespaine Ltda.<\/li>\n
                  • Change of vehicle in Argentina due to current customs restrictions.<\/li>\n
                  • Road Assistance outside the urban area of Punta Arenas.<\/li>\n
                  • Change of vehicle in case of incorrect fuel load.<\/li>\n
                  • Replacement of the vehicle in the event of an accident without having paid rescue expenses, transportation to the origin and deductibles of the damaged vehicle.<\/li>\n
                  • Repair of flat tires and\/or replacement of tires destroyed during the rental period.<\/li>\n
                  • Transportation of Replacement Tires.<\/li>\n
                  • Ferry transfers.<\/li>\n
                  • Tickets to National or foreign Parks.<\/li>\n
                  • Replacement of Engine Ignition Keys in case of loss.<\/li>\n
                  • Insurance coverage in case of damage and breakage of the radiator, damage and breakage of the oil tank (crankcase) resulting from: engine meltdown; damage and breakage resulting from: melting of the Gearbox (transmission) without occurrence of: collision\/overturning\/sliding, all of this occurred during the rental period contracted by the Lessee.<\/li>\n

                    Damage coverage (CDW) <\/strong>El veh\u00edculo arrendado cuenta con una cobertura CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) que cubre al veh\u00edculo en caso de da\u00f1os propios, robo, incendio y da\u00f1os por fuerza mayor. En caso de siniestro, aplican los siguientes cobros por cada evento ocurrido, los cuales aplican independientemente si el responsable del siniestro es el arrendatario o un tercero: En caso de colisi\u00f3n, el arrendatario deber\u00e1 pagar un deducible de UF 30 + IVA. En caso de volcamiento, el arrendatario deber\u00e1 pagar un deducible de UF 60 + IVA. En caso de robo o p\u00e9rdida total, el arrendatario deber\u00e1 pagar un deducible de UF 60 + IVA.  Considere que vehiculos con capacidad sobre 7 pasajeros en deducible de aumenta en 10UF para ambos casos,<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    7 Conceptos a considerar al rentar un vehiculo.<\/h2>\n

                        8 Valores a considerar al rentar un vehiculo<\/h2>\n
                          \n
                        • Deductible or excess, 30 uf, in the case of minor damages that are not classified as a total loss of the vehicle, equivalent to about $800,000 Chilean pesos plus VAT.<\/li>\n
                        • Deductible or excess, 60 uf, in the case of major damages, such as overturning, landslides or total loss of the vehicle, equivalent to $1,600,000 Chilean pesos plus VAT.<\/li>\n
                        • In cases where it is a vehicle with more than 7 passengers, the above deductibles will be increased by 10 uf each respectively.<\/li>\n
                        • If there is partial or total destruction of the vehicle, the costs of rescue and return to origin must also be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
