  • What are the refund conditions for paying money associated with reservations?

1.- For reservations made less than 3 months in advance of the start of the rental.

To cancel and receive a refund of the 10% deposit paid to make the reservation, the credit or debit card holder, or bank account holder, must request it 30 days or more before the start of the rental period. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

2.- For reservations made less than 3 months in advance of the start of the rental.

To cancel and receive a refund of the 10% deposit paid to make the reservation, the credit or debit card holder, or bank account holder, must request it 10 or more days before the start of the rental period. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be refunded. Reservations made one week or less before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Reservations made 10 days or less in advance will not be entitled to any refund.

 

4.- Other observations

The refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the payment within approximately 10 business days. If the payment was made by debit card, the refund will be deposited into the account specified by the customer within 15 business days. 
If the customer shows up but does not meet the requirements to rent, no refund will be issued.

Once the rental has started, no refunds or returns will be made for unused rental days according to the criteria associated with the reservation.

It is important to mention that the way to report said cancellation will be essential to do so in writing to our email contacto@torrespaine.cl the same one that was used to generate the aforementioned reservation.
